Additional Pit Crew Coaching Session
Every family who has purchased the "Pit Crew Training" program is entitled to one video conferencing session for as many members of their team as desired.
To schedule additional video conferencing sessions, the Game Changer Parents
or any Pit Crew member of that family may purchase and schedule a session for $100 each.
Payment will be made after your intake form (below) has been approved.
All video conferences are held via Zoom.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I schedule my session?
Answer the questions above and click "Request Session". You will immediately receive an email saying "Form Responses", confirming that your request is being processed. Then you will receive a second email titled "You've been approved". Open that email and push the "Click to Enroll" button.
You'll be taken to Teachable where you'll click "Schedule Now". Next a calendar page will open where you can select a date and time as well as submit payment of $100 through Paypal.
What if I don't have access to a Paypal account?

What if you're not offering the timeslot we need?
If you need a specific time slot that is not offered (including all weekend hours), include that specific day and time AND YOUR TIME ZONE in the intake form above. If that form has already been submitted, then email your information to [email protected] with the heading "Special Timeslot Request".
How many people can participate?
Zoom allows up to 100 devices per session. Everyone will use the same login information to access the Zoom meeting. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to disseminate that information beforehand to all potential participants.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply go through this process again to request, schedule, and pay for another session.
Can I get a refund if I'm dissatisfied with my session or forget to attend?
No. You have paid for access to our time which must be compensated whether you feel it was worth it or not. Refunds will only be given if the coach cancels the session and the purchaser declines to reschedule.
